Mgr. Barbora Latečková

Since 2018, Barbora has been working on evaluation projects primarily with the 4G eval company and gained experience from both Czech and international environment. Her key qualifications are summative and formative evaluations including of assessing development projects according to the OECD/DAC criteria. She is also well familiar with the on-going project evaluations within ESF. Her main expertise includes theory of change, evaluation designs and introducing RBM monitoring systems. She obtained the internationally recognized EPDET certificate in 2014. She previously worked at the Czech Development Agency and the United Nations Development Programme.
