Ing. Vladimír Kváča, Ph. D.
Vladimír Kváča serves as the vice-president of the Czech evaluation society and works as assistant professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague.
Vladimír has many years of experience in the management of the European Structural and Investment Funds (former Director of Partnership Agreement, Evaluation and Strategy department at Ministry of Regional Development, Director General for European Social Fund or Head of ESF Evaluation team at Ministry of Labour and Social affairs).
Despite of his academic background in development studies is focused on evaluation of European Funds interventions. His effort is focused on evaluation capacity building in the public administration and he is also experienced evaluation lecturer (EIPA, Summer School on Counterfactual Impact Evaluation, European Academy in Berlin).
He serves as a thematic expert within the ESF Public Administration and Governance network and is a member of Evaluation Theory and Practice Journal editorial board.
