Dr.phil. Radka Rubilina

Radka Rubilina is a specialist on Russian literature and socio-political situation of the post-soviet countries. She worked as a Human Rights / Rule of Law Officer for the OSCE in Armenia, as a Human Rights Adviser at the EUMM Georgia. Currently, she is the Head of the Czech Cultural Center in Kyiv, Ukraine. She has been involved in evaluations since 2010, with the main focus on development, educational, culture and human rights oriented projects. She is a member of the Reference Group at the MFA of the Czech Republic. Some samples of her evaluations can be found here.
