Ing. Michal Horáček

Michal Horáček is a consultant with many years of experience in providing services to local public administrations as well as to the institutions of the European Commission.
During his career in EY he specialized especially in financial management, monitoring and audit of EU funded projects. Besides that he has good knowledge of public procurement procedures both in the Czech Republic and on EU level. In last few years he is also involved in evaluations especially in the field of EU funds.
