Ing. Jiří Hejkrlík, Ph.D.

Jiří Hejkrlík works as Vice-dean for quality of the Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences of the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. In teaching, research and development projects he specializes in quality management of education, effectiveness of international cooperation, agricultural policies and rural institutions. He has experience with management, monitoring and evaluation of development projects in Angola, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Kenya, Mongolia, Moldova and Zambia. He is also actively involved in evaluation of tertiary level education in the Czech Republic and abroad. He specializes in contra-factual quantitative research methods of the impact evaluation.
